August 2017 - Another +40LB fish landed
Nick and his friend Dane landed 12 carp to 34lb 8oz from swims 2 & 3. They didn't fish on the first or last night and lost a few too.
Tim and his son Dan fished swims 5 & 6 and Tim landed 9 carp to 40lb which was a personal best. Dan moved to swim 1 on Thursday and landed a 26lb grass carp in the early hours of Saturday morning. Another 40lb fish banked!! All fish were caught on the bespoke rolled venue bait Bazza bait - "Don't debate the bait, get on the Bazza bait mate!!"
August 2017 - Dad and Lads visit
'Bob brought his son Oscar to fish for a few days. They fished from swim 2 as a team and Oscar had his photo taken with all of the ones that he played. Oscar was particularly delighted to catch a Grass Carp of 28lb.' Yet again the bespoke rolled Bazza Bait by Barry did the damage producing yet another +40LB fish.
August 2017 - Chalet exclusive visit
Robert and Petra came for a lake exclusive with chalet for a relaxing holiday. Robert had 5 carp to 36lb and a 6lb Tench. He fished from swim 7 and also from the Jetty.
