March 2016 - Work party benefits
After a hard day of work you want your work party to catch a nice fish in the evening to regenerate those batteries for the next day. How pleased I was to hear in the morning that everyone caught a nice mirror. Top rod was Mick with a new PB catching a 17kg / 37.47 lb mirror closely followed by Sander with a mirror just dipping under the 15kg / 33 lb mark. To round the successful night off Roland caught a beautiful 14 kg / 30.8 lb mirror. Well done guys.

And there we have it, it is 2016 at last and the temperature is up and down throughout the month. Barry has been completing the beautiful Lodge with a wood burner and a new kitchen. You cannot blame him for wetting a line or two as well with some stunning results. It is looking good for the weeks and season to come.
